You’ve had it easy so far. Time to pull up your socks as things get a bit meaty for the next two holes. This hole has a wide but shallow green and you do have the opportunity to play a bit long and the ball should feed off the hill back on to the green. The railway tie bunker is not really in play but is designed to draw your eyes away from the target.

This hole is all carry so choose your club properly. Hit it long you will find it and maybe get a nice bounce back on the green. Hit it short you are in the environmentally protected zone – and it’s not just us saying that – Fire Ant nests are very prevalent in this gully and they protect their homes with a very painful bite so please keep out for your own safety. 3 is a very good score on this hole.
