If the 8th did not get your attention, this hole will! Railroad tie bunker is a visual distraction but not really in play – keep your mind focused on the shot and pick your landing area!! Playing downhill (plays ½ – 1 club less than you would normally play for this distance), the green has no bunkers and is very receptive. Sloped back to front, you can use the shelf at the back of the green as a backstop for tee shot and approaches if you have a front pin. While long, a well struck shot should give you a good shot at par and maybe even a rare birdie!
