Interested in hosting your event at Bunker Hill? Here’s what we offer!

Size 

 Tournaments must be a minimum of 20 golfers (5 tee times) and can consist of a maximum of 48 golfers (12 tee times).

For large group bookings (4 tee times or less), tournament procedures/ pricing do not apply, please call the pro shop at 905-655-4000 and have staff book you in over the phone. 

Starting Format

Consecutive Start- All groups will start on the first hole and play one after the other, playing the course in order. This format is generally recommended for smaller groups, as groups will not start or end at the same time. 

Shotgun Start- All groups will tee off at the same time, but from different holes, playing the course in order from their starting point. This format is recommended for mid size to large groups, as groups will all start and end at the same time.  

 Style

Our course can accommodate a variety of different tournament styles such as best ball, scramble, alternate shot, shamble, stroke play etc.

Food & Drink 

Snacks, coolers, beer and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for sale in the pro-shop. You can enjoy these on the course and on the patio overlooking holes 1 & 2. 

Outdoor food is permitted but must be approved by the tournament manager prior to the tournament date. 

No outdoor alcohol is permitted, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased and consumed at the course. 

 

Additional add-ons

Contests- Our staff can set up closest to the pin or longest drive pins to add some extra competition to your tournament

Lawn Games- Games such as giant jenga, cup pong, and Kanjam are available for use on the patio, per request, for no additional charge. (please note games are weather dependent) 

Prizing- Looking for a way to reward your tournament champions?  2026 Walking Foursome Vouchers can be purchased for $40.00+HST (maximum of four per tournament). This pass includes four walking tee times redeemable for the 2026 season.
