Booking Policies

Everything you need to know before you book… 

Booking Deadline

Tournament request forms must be submitted a minimum of three weeks prior to your event to ensure the tee sheet is fully available for your event.  Please note that tournaments cannot be booked on holidays or Tuesday evenings due to Men’s League. 

Deposit 

 A deposit of half of the tee times booked will be required one week prior to the event date by 5:00pm and can be completed in person at the pro-shop or over the phone at 905-655-4000. This deposit must be completed by the individual booking the event and is non-refundable, in the event of cancellation this deposit will be given back in course credit or used to rebook event for an alternate date. Failure to pay the deposit on time will result in additional fees or cancellation of the tournament.  

Payment 

The remaining payment can be completed at the course on the day of your event and must be done by the same individual who completed the deposit. Please make sure to come at least 30 minutes before your event time to settle payment. 

Final Headcount Deadline

 Final numbers for your tournament must be submitted one week prior to your event by 5:00pm (same deadline as your deposit). Along with this, to ensure your event is organized and starts on-time, we ask that you submit player groups (first name, last name, and phone number of each golfer) at this time as well. We understand that things happen, in the event that numbers change we have a four golfer grace period, following the one week deadline in which extra charges will not be applied. Changes in numbers more than four golfers will be considered a no-show and will result in a $10.00 fee per player missing. 

Food & Drink 

Outdoor food is permitted but must be approved by the tournament manager at bunkerhillproshop@gmail.com prior to the tournament date. No outdoor alcohol is permitted, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased and consumed at the course.
